Membership in this credit union is composed of employees or retirees of:

A. federal civilian or military employees, whose permanent duty station, or principal residence, is in Duluth and vicinity: Membership of the merged Diamond Employee Credit Union: Membership of the merged Duluth Medical Services Credit Union which incledes employees of: SMDC Health Systems & their affiliates, St. Luke's Hospital & their affiliates, the College of St. Scholastica, Northwoods Children's Home, Duluth Family Practice Center, Benedictive Health Center, St. Ann's Residence, Northland Medical Associates of Duluth, P.A. also known as Northland Medical Center, all of Duluth, Minnesota.

B. All persons who live, work, worship or attend school, and businesses and other leagal entities located in the cities of Duluth, Hermantown, and Proctor Minnesota.

C. The employees of the following Select Employee Groups (SEG's)

• Esterbrooks, Scott, Signorelli, Peterson, Smithson, Ltd
• Duluth Dodge, Duluth

D. The employees of this credit union.

In addition to a regulary qualified member, the spouse of a member, the blood or adoptive relative of either of them and their spouses, members of the same household, and volunteers may be members. Members must subscribe to at least on share as designated by the Board of Directors, pay the initial installment thereon and entrance fee if any.
