PHISHING WARNING NOTICE

Share Advantage will never call, text, or email you requesting your card number(s), account number(s), or identity information. We have your information on file.

Phishing attempts are on the rise, again. Be wary of vague phishing attempts like stating they are from "your financial institution" regarding "your card" or "your account" that request you to give your information. They may know some of your public information and even try to persuade or pressure you with warnings of large dollar items being attempted.

If you are doubting if someone contacting you is phishing or official -- play it safe -- do NOT respond and end the contact immediately. Find the Official Contact information and reach out directly. Additionally, do not click on any text or email links.

MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION NOTICE

We will be implementing an enhanced security feature to better protect your app and online banking. Once implemented the new Multi-Factor Authentification (MFA) system will prompt you to enter a one-time verification code that you will be able to choose to receive either by text or phone call. This implementation will provide an upgraded security layer to help prevent unauthorized access to your app and online banking.

IMPORTANT
To ensure a seamless transition, it is CRITICAL that the phone numbers for the Primary and all Joint owners on your account who login are accurately listed in your online banking. Inaccurate phone numbers in your online banking may leave you unable to login when the MFA goes live. Please take 5-minutes to login to our website (not the app) to verify your phone numbers.

Forgot your Security Code?

If you Forgot your Security Code, select Forgot Security Code and a temporary security code will be emailed to the primary email address on file. While this email usually comes within seconds, please give this email a few minutes to arrive and check your Spam folders before making a second request.

HOW TO & WHAT PHONE NUMBER TO PUT WHERE

1. Log into our website (not the app). This can be done on your desktop, laptop, or through your cellphone's web browser (ex: Google, Safari). Your login information is the same for both online (website) and app banking.
2. Select "Settings". On a desktop or laptop, Settings will be on the top-right of the screen. On a mobile device, Settings will be located under the hamburger icon/menu which is the three (3) horizontal lines on the top-left of the screen.
3. Select "Profile".
4. Select "Phone Number". IMPORTANT: Please ignore the phone number field labels of Home, Mobile, and Work. All phone number fields can be either a cell or landline.
5. ENTER the PRIMARY member's primary phone in the "Home" field. This can be a cell or landline.
6. ENTER any JOINT owners' phone number in the "Cell" & "Work" fields. These can be a cell or landline.
7. If you have no Joint owners or only one Joint owner who logs into the online banking or app, please enter additional phone numbers for the Primary member.
8. Click Save.
