Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is now live. A One-Time-Passcode (OTP) received through your choice of text or voice call is required to login in addition to your Logon ID (user ID) and Security Code (password).

IMPORTANT –

1. At first login, the MFA phone number chosen will be set as the default MFA phone number. Security Questions will be deleted automatically.
2. To enter additional MFA phone numbers, in your online banking (website, not app) select Settings > Security and Alerts > Manage Verification Code Delivery and enter additional MFA phone numbers needed for you and any Joint Owner who logs in.
3. Complete MFA login on each of your trusted devices. Do not forget to log out between devices.
